2nd Armadale Boys' Brigade

2nd Armadale Boys' Brigade are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help lead a wide range of activities for their children and young people. The group meets on Thursday evenings during term-time, taking part in a wide range of activities including crafts, games, sports, cooking, life skills and community projects. As a Christian youth organisation our work is rooted in the Christian faith. Our faith in young people allows them to learn, grow and discover in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.
Our volunteers receive ongoing training and support throughout their time with us, learning and developing skills alongside our young people. A rewarding experience for everyone involved that leaves lasting memories for both young person and leaders alike.
Experience required
A passion and enthusiasm to support children and young people experience new activities and learn new skills. Training will be provided.

Training details
Ongoing training is provided through a mixture of face to face, virtual sessions and e-learning modules.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 18
PVG Required- Support provided to complete the application

Anchors P1-3 5:45pm-6:45pm Juniors P4-P6 6:45pm-8:00pm
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
