Are you passionate about history and skilled in editing? Why not join the Adam Smith Heritage Centre as a Heritage Editor and help bring history to life! The Adam Smith Heritage Centre are looking for someone with editing experience and a keen interest in history to support a range of exciting heritage projects.

Your role will involve refining historical content, ensuring it's engaging and accessible to the public, and helping to create easy-to-read, well-crafted materials that tell the fascinating story of Adam Smith and Kirkcaldy’s rich heritage. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an important project, develop your editorial skills, and be part of a friendly, enthusiastic team.

Experience required

A passion for history and heritage with strong communication, writing and proofreading skills. The ability to work independently as well as being a team player with the willingness to collaborate with staff and other volunteers.
