Advice Line Volunteer

Our Advice Line offers a single point of access to our services, supporting people to manage their condition and live life to the full. Our four Advice Line volunteer opportunities support our Advice Line team to reach more people than ever before.

Our Call Co-ordinator Volunteers act as the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls/emails/text messages to the Advice Line, while our Cost of Living Volunteers, Know Your Rights Volunteers, and Living Well Volunteers provide information and guidance on their specified area. Full training, ongoing support, and expenses are included in all our Advice Line roles.

As an Advice Line volunteer you will have the opportunity to learn new skills, use your experience, meet new people and make a real difference to those impacted by one or more of our conditions.
