Advice Line Call Coordinator Volunteer

Our Advice Line volunteers provide an important welcome to our services by helping people with our conditions work towards a personal goal.

Our Call Coordinator volunteers are the first point of contact for all correspondence coming into the Advice Line, welcoming people to Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland's services and ensuring enquiries are appropriately referred.

Volunteer from home for a minimum of one hour per week, between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Our Call Coordinator role would suit someone with helpline or call centre experience, or someone studying towards a career in healthcare. We will provide all the training and support you need.

Join us as an Advice Line volunteer today and help improve the lives of people in Scotland affected by chest and heart conditions, Long Covid and stroke.
