We are looking for volunteers to assist in the smooth running of our hospital shop by supporting with receiving and processing deliveries. Main duties will include:
•Moving deliveries from service yard to storeroom.
•Bringing stock from storeroom to shop.
•Replenishing stock in the shop.
•Helping to keep areas tidy.
This will be a physically demanding role. No experience necessary, full training will be given.
Travel details
The hospital site is well served by Lothian buses.
Travel expenses
Form to be completed and signed off by role manager. Expenses paid directly to nominated bank account as part of weekly payment runs.
Support
Training details
Online induction completed by all volunteers followed by in role training. Occasional further training offered to volunteers throughout the year.
