We are looking for volunteers to help plan and deliver events and training in East Renfrewshire. Our aim is to get the climate conversation going through interactive, thought-provoking and fun activities. They may be on a particular theme or designed to raise awareness of the climate emergency. We are hoping to deliver climate cafes, local pop ups, family fun days, seed swaps, local litter picks or any ideas you may have. As a Climate Action Champion volunteer you will help us to design and deliver these events and or deliver our climate change training sessions to community groups.
Our events and training take place in-person and sometimes online. You do not need to be an expert – we can provide training. A little understanding of how we change the things we do can have a big positive impact on our planet, would be great.
