Royal Voluntary Service
- VO102597
Help Royal Voluntary Service raise awareness of the vital work we do, and the difference our services make to older people, their families and communities across Fife. You can help by taking photos and videos of our community services in action, and/or you can help update the local Facebook page and our stories, working towards building an online community, boosting engagement, encouraging and responding to messages, comments or questions. This is an exciting and flexible role that can fit in with your availability, including evenings and weekends. You'll get all relevant training for your role, all travel expenses are reimbursed, and you will be welcomed and supported by a friendly, local and national team!
Experience required
A friendly personality, confidence with using Facebook and good written communication skills are necessary. You must be reliable, have the ability to maintain confidentiality, and be able to volunteer independently (with support from local staff).

Our Volunteers use their own cars or public transport (all travel expenses are reimbursed) to travel around these areas.
Travel expenses
All travel expenses are reimbursed; mileage at 45p per mile if using your own car, or public transport costs if applicable (please retain tickets). Travel expenses can be claimed online, weekly or monthly, and are paid directly into your bank account.
