Volunteer Peer Support Worker

Experience required

We invite applications from individuals with compassionate personalities, who can see the bigger picture and think creatively. Our volunteers are empathetic, understanding, and attentive listeners, skilled in interpreting body language and non-verbal cues. While prior experience in caregiving and personal experience with suicide is preferred, we warmly welcome anyone who demonstrates a genuine aptitude for caring and supporting others. Familiarity with marginalized groups, advocacy work, and experience in collaborating with other organizations and professionals is advantageous. Successful applicants should be team players, open to contributing to the charity’s development, progress, and success.
