The organisation’s purposes are to promote, maintain, improve and advance the education of children, young people and adults, particularly by encouragement of the Arts and creativity through: -
- The provision of Arts workshops, performances, projects and events;
- Supporting Community Development in Carrick, Ayrshire, in particular (though not exclusively) by providing or assisting in the provision of facilities for participation in arts projects; and
- Improving quality of life through bringing people together to participate in and appreciate art;
Bringing affordable Arts to small towns and rural communities throughout Scotland
CRAG are currently looking for a Treasurer to join our Board.
Main duties: one or two hours per week, updating receipt file, checking bank statements, updating spreadsheets etc.
Experience required
Skills & experience required: business and / or office finance admin / recent graduate looking for experience/ retired accountant etc.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 18
Availability
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
