Calling All Volunteers for the Renfrew Gala Day!

June 1st 2025 from 12pm-5pm, Robertson Park

We’re excited to invite you to help bring our community to life in a festive Hawaiian spirit! Join us for the Renfrew Gala Day, where we’ll create joyful memories for families and friends.
We need YOU to make this day truly special! If you’re passionate about community and fun, we’d love for you to volunteer. Here are the exciting roles available:

Parade and Registration Volunteer
Responsibilities:
•Assist with the setup and organisation of the parade, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
•Guide parade participants along the route and help maintain safety for everyone involved.
•Welcome attendees at the registration, managing participant check in and guid them to their position.
•Provide information to participants about the day’s activities and attractions.
•Work collaboratively with other volunteers to create a positive and festive atmosphere.

Workshop Volunteer
Responsibilities:
•Support the workshop lead in setting up and facilitating activities.
•Check in visitors as they arrive and manage the guest list to ensure a smooth flow.
•Help maintain a welcoming and organised environment throughout the session.

Stall and Trader Load-In Volunteer
Responsibilities:
•Assist stallholders in locating their assigned stalls.
•Provide event information and answer any questions they may have.
•Ensure a smooth load-in process for all participants
