Sunday Youth Club Volunteer

• To assist the Youth & Community Worker (YCW) to run the Sunday Youth Club for S1-6 located in the church premises


• To engage with the young people who attend, ensuring they feel welcome and are able to participate in the activities provided


• To assist the YCW with the activities which may include board games, small group discussion, watching videos and other age-appropriate activities


• To share responsibility for the safety and security of the young people who attend while they are in the premises


• To work alongside other members of the youth work team and share in the debriefing discussion and decision-making about how the project’s development


• To undertake training as may be required for volunteers and attend supervision and support sessions


• PVG membership required


• Timing: Weekly, Sunday evenings, 7-8.30 pm during school term time
