As part of the ongoing customer service provided at Biggar and Upper Clydesdale Museum we are seeking to recruit Front of House Service Volunteers. This involves meeting and greeting visitors, providing information about the museum and services, assisting customers purchasing in our shop and supporting display and merchandising within the retail area. Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and customer guidance. Opportunities to support events, school and nursery visits, some archival and collection support.

Experience required

The opportunity takes place at multiple location across South Lanarkshire

Structured induction with continuous progression development.

Restrictions

Minimum age: 16
No Gender Restriction, Main Museum all one level and accessible. There is an upper storage area accessed by stairs.
