Ruthrieston Community Centre is located on Holburn Street and has been at the heart of the community for over150 years. The centre offers a range of physical activities such as pilates and yoga, hobbies for example sewing and drawing and community groups meet ups. Our community cafe encourages our residents to come and interact and foster community spirit and resilience.

Ruthrieston Community Centre have fantastic opportunities for people to help. We are looking for people to help. As a Trustee you would:


• Attend Trustee meetings once a month, which can be in person or remotely.
• Use strategic skills and understanding to help develop Ruthrieston Community Centre for the future.
• Have a can do attitude and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Bring ideas to the table that benefit the local community.
• Excellent support and relevant guidance is provided to all volunteers and is fantastic, enjoyable opportunity to help and make a real difference at a vibrant community centre serving the community. All assistance is greatly appreciated.
