Crisis Skylight Edinburgh

Welcoming visitors and ensuring they sign in and out. Signposting to reception and information areas. Directing members to activities within the Skylight and encouraging engagement. Chat to members while they are waiting and offer and provide refreshments.
Ensuring information stands are well stocked and up to date. Supporting with filling in of basic forms. Carrying out building tours where required and/or showing members to their classes/appointments. Responding to and making telephone calls.

On the no. 35 bus route and a short walk from Waverley train station and South Bridge bus stops.
Travel expenses
Up to £5 travel expenses.
Can be reimbursed as petty cash or to bank account with online system. Can also provide day ticket in advance if needed.

Training details
In person induction and e-learning packages.
Access to some e-learning for staff.
