Walking Group Volunteer

Bums Off Seats is a Fife Walking Initiative. They provide free local health walking opportunities in Fife and all walks are led by a trained team of Volunteer Walk Leaders. A health walk is a free, short, local walk and is suitable for most people, even if they have a long term health condition.
Bums Off Seats are looking for Walking Group Volunteers to support their walks across the Levenmouth, Dunfermline, and South West Fife areas.
As a volunteer, you will lead or support short walks in your local area. You will speak to the people who attend to make sure they are comfortable during the walk. Walks can be an excellent opportunity to gain mental and physical health benefits as well as connecting socially with other local people.
Bums Off Seats provide full training and support.

Experience required

Volunteers should be able to walk comfortably, and should be confident speaking to the people who join the walks.
