Your role will be to:
- Assist customers who attend a basic drawing skills class for people of all abilities offering
encouragement, support and advice - Actively help with the planning and facilitating of the group
- Engage with people in a patient and supportive way
- Help with setting up and packing away of resources used for the group
- Participate in any handovers and briefings before and after the group
Experience required
Good customer Service skills - polite, approachable and respectful
Creative abilities including basic Drawing Skills
Good Communication Skills - ability to explain instructions and advice clearly to library customers who may have a range of communication needs.

Restrictions
Minimum age: 18
A condition of the funding and insurance.
Availability
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
