This would be a board position, potentially this person could become a trustee if they so desired. They would attend regular meetings, prepare annual statements for governing bodies and ensure the ongoing financial activities of our organisation are completed in an appropriate manner.
During our initial setup phase, we would be looking for this person to help us setup up appropriate processes, approval and governance mechanisms. As such, there will be a larger draw on their time for the first six months until we are fully operational.
