Glenrothes Strollers Community Club is an award-winning community football club and local charity. The club provide a safe environment whilst promoting the development of football and health within the community of Glenrothes, and the surrounding area.
The club are currently looking for a volunteer Grounds Keeper. As a Grounds Keeper, your primary responsibility is to work alongside the ground staff, contributing to the upkeep and preparation of playing surfaces , guaranteeing smooth game days and effective training sessions.
Experience required
Being a team player but also being able to work independently without supervision, use your initiative.
Travel details
Overtstenton Park, Football Pavilion, Glenrothes, KY6 2RD
Travel expenses
Out of pocket travel expenses will be reimbursed on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
Support
Training details
Volunteers will be inducted into the organisation and any training relevant to the role will be provided.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 16
Volunteers (aged 16-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
