Applying for benefits can be an overwhelming and confusing experience for many clients, as a ADP Application Support volunteer, you will be playing an essential role in assisting clients to complete and submit their benefit applications for Adult Disability Payment. You will support clients to access additional financial help, refer cases to specialist advisers and signpost to other agencies where appropriate.
Experience in completing ADP forms is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
