. South West Aberdeenshire Citizens Advice Bureau are currently on the lookout for volunteers to help us facilitate our advice services.
As Triage volunteers your role would entail obtaining key information from clients on their support needs in order to determine the correct advice pathway for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist clients.
• Gather client details for interviews.
• Manage client data in our systems.
• Coordinate appointments and manage expectations.
• Support facility management and perform administrative tasks.

Availability
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
