Trustee

As Trustees, we are responsible for controlling the management and administration of Faith in Community Dundee as a charity, and for ensuring that our income and property are used for the purposes set out in our governing document (constitution) and for no other purpose.
We have a responsibility to act reasonably and prudently in all matters relating to the charity and have a responsibility to act in the best interests of the charity. Above all, we need to work together as a team to ensure that Faith in Community Dundee is run effectively and efficiently.
As a body, we aim for our Trustees to contain people who collectively have the skills and confidence that will enable us to develop our work effectively. Trustee meetings are held on a Monday evening at our offices in Whitfield and last approximately 2 hours. Meetings are held approximately every 6-8 weeks with additional meetings called if required.

Experience required

Those who have an interest in our purpose, we are particularly interested in those with admin, finance or hr skills but are open to anyone with any relevant skills.
