Do you have an eye for detail and are familiar with a smartphone? If so, we are looking for volunteers to assist with selecting, listing and preparing items for sale on our online retail platforms.
Duties include:
Selecting suitable items for sale on our online shops.
Capturing good quality images of items for sale using a smartphone.
Researching and writing item descriptions.
Preparing and packaging items for posting.
Skills required:
Awareness of eBay, and similar online selling platforms.
Confident using a smartphone.
Good writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
Time commitment:
We are looking for someone who can commit to a few hours, one day per week. We can be flexible in terms of which day(s)
Training, support and benefit:
A full induction and further skills training to enable you to fulfil your role as required.
A staff member will support you throughout your time as a volunteer.
20% discount in our community charity shops.
Experience required
Familiar with using a smartphone.
