Task Description
To assist clients in a short course of cooking lessons, courses are four weeks in length.
To follow health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
To demonstrate and encourage good Food Hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Liaising with the volunteer coordinator about the job, the client and any issues that arise.
Engaging with and supporting the clients during the cooking course.
Adhering to all Fresh Start policies and procedures, and respecting client confidentiality.

Experience required

Skills and Personal Qualities:
Confident with cooking and following recipes.
A good team worker, enthusiastic, and able to engage with clients.
In good health and physically active.
Good communication skills and reliable.
Patient and with a sense of humour.
