Community Alarm Responders

As a Community Responder, you’ll be eyes on the scene. Don’t worry, it’s not as daunting as it sounds. You’ll just pop round to check on someone if they press their alarm. You’ll have the support of a call centre team, and you only go when you can.
It’s super flexible - you can even team up with other responders if you like.
Your role is simply to assess the situation and let the team at the call centre know if more help is needed and they will guide you every step of the way. Your support means someone can live in their own home for longer reducing the need for long-term care, giving back the independence we’d all want later in life.
