Garden and Glasshouse Volunteers

They are a friendly group who carry out a variety of garden related tasks in the park and glasshouse. They plan and get involved in projects to enhance the park. They run monthly workshops for their volunteers and the public on a variety of topics. They work closely with the gardening team and others to maintain the park for all to enjoy. As well as outdoor physical tasks such as planting, pruning and weeding, there are volunteers who look after the plants in the glasshouse. They raise the plants and hold an annual plant sale to raise funds for their activities. Help is also welcome for admin and workshop organisation.
