As a Director of WoodRecyclAbility Ltd you would work with co-Directors to ensure that the organisation continues as a sustainable social enterprise providing active employment for Adults with additional support needs. The Directors evaluate the company finances and takes decisions accordingly. Directors hold the Operations Manager to account for the safe and compliant running of the organisation. They evaluate and mitigate the risks to the organisation, staff and trainees and provide input and agreement to the Company Strategy and Aims. These activities require, usually virtual, attendance and contribution to monthly meetings. Any specific skills such as HR, IT, Care Management, Operations Management, HSE, Contracts, Commercial etc. would be of value.
