Creche Supervisor needed for our international creche

Our creche is a vital service for our adult students where pre-school children are looked after while their parents attend English lessons (10-11 and 11:30-12:30). We do not feed the children or take them to the toilet.

Your role as a supervisor would include:


  • opening and closing of the creche, safeguarding / emergencies, ensuring all processes, risk assessments and routines are respected through the day.

  • ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children and of the team.

  • ensuring all records are kept up to date and administration is regularly completed

  • creating a positive team culture. To guide, inspire, support, train, and lead your team effectively, providing a positive work environment for all.

  • Responsibility for creche resources – enforcing respect for them to reduce damage, organised correctly, cleaned and in right places.

  • Responsibility for tidiness of the creche room

  • Organisning creche rota

  • Assisting with the recruitment of creche workers
