Photographing and writing accurate, appealing descriptions for mobility
items.
Researching competitive pricing to ensure fair and market-aligned listings.
Responding to buyer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinating packaging and shipping of sold items.
Maintaining accurate records of available and sold items, in cooperation
with the VOCAL team.

Travel expenses

Volunteers must obtain approval for any expenses they plan to accrue from their volunteer line manager.
Volunteers can request the Expenses Claim Form from their volunteer line manager. All expenses are to be claimed for by submitting an Expenses Claim Form via email, along with receipts for expenditures where available, to the volunteer line manager. The volunteer line manager will review and forward these to the finance team. VOCAL’s Volunteer Managers are expected to check that all claims comply with this policy and deal with them promptly. The form will go through an electronic approval system, notifying the Volunteer Engagement and Co-ordination Officer to review and authorize the payment. Payments will be processed by the finance team upon approval, within one month of the claim. Volunteers will be reimbursed directly to their bank account, so they will need to provide bank account details.
