Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland
- VO103033
Be part of our Advice Line Team as a Call Coordinator volunteer. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls/e-mails/text messages to the Advice Line telephone support service. You will be given a robust knowledge base and access to support, enabling you to act as a gateway for patients, service users or carers to access other services within Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland, or to direct them to external partners.
You will have the opportunity to meet new people and make a real difference to those impacted by one or more of our conditions.
If you are interested, please click the ‘Apply’ button below (available when logged in and registered). You will then be contacted by the coordinator by email or phone call. If you have not heard back after 5 working days, the first step is to contact the organisation with the contact details provided. You could also check your junk/spam folder for your emails just in case the response is there. If that doesn’t work out, please feel free to contact Volunteer Glasgow at info@volunteerglasgow.org.
