Aberdeen Climate Action
- VO103059
Aberdeen Climate Action (ACA) is seeking a Recruitment and Membership Co-lead volunteer to help with the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers for ACA.
ACA is a volunteer led organisation, which focuses on educating and prompting action on climate change in the North East of Scotland. Therefore, volunteers are crucial in our organisation. The recruitment and membership co-lead will help with administrative duties, such as interviewing potential volunteers, writing volunteer job adverts, attending team meetings, and keeping the volunteer database tidy. In addition, you may be expected to check in with existing volunteers to ensure they are happy in their volunteer role.
You’ll be volunteering alongside students, retirees, career professionals and specialists. A diverse collection of individuals who, like you, are helping ACA complete its valuable work in the North East of Scotland.
Of course, you don’t need to be a Climate Action expert to volunteer with us. What matters most is you are positive and enthusiastic about making a difference in the world.
ACA wants to offer you an interesting and valuable opportunity that can help bolster your CV, develop or gain skills; make new friends; or just do your part to help the environment. No matter what, your time and the work you do helps ACA complete its valuable work in the North East.
For more information or any queries, please email our volunteer support team at: recruit@aberdeenclimateaction.org
