Passenger assistant to support our community outings

Volunteer Passenger Assistant Wanted! | Join CACE in Supporting Older Adults on Outings

Are you passionate about helping older people stay connected and active in their community? We’re looking for friendly, caring Volunteer Passenger Assistants to join our team at CACE (Cumbernauld Action for Care of the Elderly).

As a Passenger Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable adults during our community outings – ensuring they feel safe and supported when getting on and off our minibuses, and enjoying their day trips with confidence.


What You'll Be Doing:


Assisting passengers safely on and off the minibus at their homes and destinations

Offering friendly company and reassurance throughout the journey


Supporting staff in ensuring the trip runs smoothly


Joining day trips to places such as Largs, Helensburgh, garden centres, and local cafes or restaurant

 


What You’ll Gain:
