Farmhouse Guide (Weekdays)

As a volunteer guide you would be on hand to welcome visitors to the farmhouse and answer questions about the history of the family who lived there for ten generations, rural life in Scotland and, the building and its contents which recreate how it would have looked in the 1950s. You will also be encouraged signpost to other parts of the working farm and museum.
This is a nice opportunity to learn about a five star heritage attraction and to gain historical knowledge and confidence working with the public.
This is an ongoing opportunity and would suit someone looking to fill some of their time during the week (Monday - Friday).

Experience required

• Interest in Scottish rural life or history
• Enjoys learning about new things
• Friendly and approachable
