Little Acorns is a social enterprise delivering the highest quality nature-based and holistic learning opportunities for children and families in Ayrshire and SW Scotland.
We are currently looking for Session Support Volunteers Do you love working with children, teens or adults? The role could involve helping our forest school leaders to run a busy adventure club session or supporting our parent and child groups or helping children with additional support needs at one of our holiday camps, there’s lots of ways you can help children, young people and families thrive.
Everyone who volunteers with us is different, but we ask anyone who works or volunteers with us to act in a way that reflects our values. This helps us make sure you feel you belong and means we can make a meaningful difference to people’s lives and provide the best service possible.
Experience required
All our volunteers complete induction training, which helps you settle in and makes sure you have the knowledge and support you need for your role. We also offer additional training relevant to your role if you want to broaden your skills more widely.
Travel details
We offer travel expenses to our volunteers.
