Be the friendly face of Forfar Music Group, ensuring our space is safe and welcoming for every booking.
How you will make a difference:
Welcome & Access: Arrive 15 minutes early to open the building, set up equipment, and provide a warm welcome to our guests.
Support: Act as the go-to person for facilities (WiFi, lights, WC) and any questions during the session.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure fire exits remain clear and any risk assessments are followed. As we carry full public liability insurance, you’ll help us maintain these high safety standards.
Data & Privacy: Handle any guest information with care, ensuring we remain GDPR compliant and maintain strict confidentiality regarding our bookings, guests and members.
Closing Up: Tidy the space, store equipment safely, and ensure the building is locked up.

Experience required

Training: Don’t worry if you aren’t a technical expert. We provide full training to ensure you are confident in:
● Operating our specific lighting and security systems.
● Setting up music equipment and how to pack away.
● Understanding our safety protocols.
