Bonnyrigg and Lasswade Community Council would like to appoint a Minute Secretary to help with their meetings. This would be ideal for a person with a bit of time on their hands or maybe to gain some adminstrative experience.
The Community Council at present meet over the Zoom platform and attendance is over 10 meetings per year, 18.45-21.00 on the second Thursday of each month.
Experience required
Good listening and note taking skills. Access to a laptop or other device is essential.
Travel expenses
Expenses will be paid as required for each meeting
