Trustee

Knights Templar Goodwill Charity of Scotland is dedicated to alleviating poverty and assisting those in need in Scotland by providing essential care packages, food, clothing and long-term support for veterans, homeless and those living in poverty.

They require two trustees to join their Board and share their skills and expertise to support the charity’s mission and aims. The trustees must live in Cowdenbeath or the surrounding area to meet funding requirements. The trustees will attend monthly face to face board meetings and ad hoc meetings such as the AGM.

As a trustee you will contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, ensure the charity is meeting its financial and legal obligations, review Board reports and take responsibility for the leadership and management of the organisation.

All trustees are expected to take on additional duties when required. This could include a shift at the community hub.
