North East Rider Volunteers (NERVs) is a charitable organisation formed to assist the NHS, by the provision of a free courier service for various supplies such as blood and equipment.
To help in our mission we have a great opportunity to assist as Volunteer Membership Secretary and Board Member. As Membership Secretary, you’ll be the first point of contact for our amazing volunteers. You’ll manage membership records, support onboarding, and help foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. As a Board Member, you’ll also contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the charity.

Training details
Excellent support and relevant training is provided to all volunteers. Includes induction and ongoing support from the Chair and other board members.
Restrictions
Minimum age: 18
Volunteers (aged 18-25) taking part in this opportunity are eligible to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
