Julie has volunteered for CHAS for over 20 years: “I would say to anyone considering volunteering with CHAS to go for it. There are so many different roles you can help with. I have learnt so much over the years and the staff are a wonderful support. Every day I have volunteered there have been so many smiles, joy and a feeling that I have been appreciated – I just love it.”

Fraser volunteers remotely as a Digital Ads Champion with Ardoch, CHAS's exclusive use venue on the banks of Loch Lomond. His skills and professionalism have already made a considerable impact on bookings at Ardoch.

For me, rugby is more than just a sport: it's a community that fosters lifelong friendships, enjoyment, and is great for both physical and mental health. I have been incredibly fortunate to have had great role models who volunteered their time and effort to enable me to play rugby. I feel it is only right that I volunteer to pass on my passion for the game to the next generation.

David Kennedy got invovled as a volunteer with the CHAS IT team, bringing skills and knowledge that took the team forward at a speed that they would not have managed alone.
